Senate Continuing Order No. 8

Every 6 months, the Fair Work Ombudsman prepares an indexed list of files relating to our policy advising functions, including any relating to developing legislation and other matters of public administration. This is required by a Senate Continuing Order known as the 'Harradine Order'.

The list does not include:

• files transferred to the National Archives of Australia
• case related files (eg. personal representations or dealings with the personal affairs clients)
• files essentially related to our internal administration (eg. staff or personnel matters)

Below is the Harradine Motion Report for the period 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009. The asterisks (*) indicate words or names deleted to protect commercially confidential information or personal information.
